「日蓮記」 唄：峰崎佐吉（浦安）三味線：前田治郎助（浦安）

　髭題目と同じく日蓮の一代記を物語る唄で、段物形式。こちらも「中山踊り」の演目の一つである。上げ節の部分で「南無妙法蓮華経」の題目に節をつけて唄うのが特徴で、「レーヘンレーヘン」というフレーズは一度聴いたら忘れられない。また、「踊り言葉」と言われる踊り手のセリフ「安房、安房、アワワノワ」も印象的だ。踊り衣装は白、または黒染めの着物に「南無妙法蓮華経」と書かれた上羽織を着て、手甲脚絆、手には菅笠と杖を持ち、旅の雲水に扮して踊る。（写真提供：藤本秀康氏）
