「白枡粉屋」唄：長谷川米吉（葛西）三味線：佐久間吾郎（葛西）

　そうだい節の系統にある演目だが、埼玉の万作においては芝居を取り入れ、ストーリー仕立ての段物として演じられる地域もある。千葉県山武郡芝山町大里字白枡にあった粉屋の娘、小夜を唄った歌詞で、これが解説本編でも触れた「おいとこ節」の元になった唄である。白枡粉屋の非常に難しい「上げ節」の部分を省略し、歌詞の面白い部分をかいつまんで作り上げられたのがおいとこ節である。おいとこ節は「おいとこそうだよ」とも呼ばれる。歌詞は十代伝わる粉屋の娘に惚れ込んだ男が、婿になるためにどんな苦労でもしようという内容。
