「新川地曳」唄：長谷川米吉 （葛西）三味線：宇田川兼吉（葛西）

　おしゃらくの地元である江戸川区葛西を題材とした演目。新川とは江戸時代に造られた、中川と旧江戸川を結ぶ人工河川。歌詞は新川で地曳を営む漁師の娘と添い遂げるためにどんな苦労もしようという内容で、白枡粉屋と類似している。また、歌詞の情景描写が非常に豊かで、あば綱や両帆、手綱など地曳き漁で使う漁具が登場したり、今も当地に現存する「香取神社」「熊野権現」「稲荷神社」などの名所が詠み込まれたりしている。漁具を扱う様子がうまく取り入れられた踊りの振り付けも独特で、おしゃらくの演目の中でもハイライトと言えるだろう。手踊りの演目だが、芝居を取り入れて段物形式になった「三人新川」という演目も存在する。
