「高砂（そうだい節）」唄：吉野政五郎（葛西）三味線：吉野和三郎（葛西）
　おしゃらくの演目の中で最も代表的なものが「そうだい節」である。そうだい節は「ヤレそうだよ」という唄い出しからそのように名付けられた曲で、演目もこの高砂のほか、木更津、下妻、日高川、浦島など数多くの種類が存在する。これらの演目はそれぞれ「高砂そうだよ」「木更津そうだよ」とも呼ばれる。高砂は念仏踊りをルーツとする演目の中でも最も古く、基本となる曲である。歌詞の内容は謡曲の「高砂」同様、兵庫県加古川市尾上神社の相生の松を題材に、長寿のめでたさを唄ったもので、特に祝宴の席での演目として歓迎された。今回収録したものは「上げ節」は省略されている。（写真提供：藤本秀康氏）
